1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with TRAZOS (hereinafter referred to as “TRAZOS”, “us” or “we”) at or through TRAZOS website (currently https://trazos.de), mobile or tablet application, forum, platform or similar (together the “Platform”) as well as any quotations, services and supplies available on the Platform.

By using the Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time (the “Terms”). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRAZOS regarding your use of the Platform. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have done so.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms shall apply exclusively between you and TRAZOS and shall take precedence over any other documents forming part of the contractual relationship. In case of any discrepancy between the Terms and other documents, the Terms shall prevail.

These Terms may have been translated into languages other than English for convenience only. In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Only individuals of legal age, not under guardianship and not acting in the capacity of a company, with a physical address in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, or Spain may place orders and use the Platform. TRAZOS and its distributors reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain areas during particular times of the year due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances. For more details, see section 4 (Delivery).

The inclusion of any products or services on the Platform at a given time does not imply or warrant that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and/or to sell products to third parties until an order confirmation email has been sent. Customers cannot make any claim in this regard. Any new products, services or features offered on the Platform will also be subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order is the version displayed or referred to on the Platform at the time you place your order.

We want to provide the best possible online experience. To ensure our services run smoothly, you agree not to:

(i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communications or content that is untrue, inaccurate, harmful or could negatively impact our business, products, services or the Platform, or breach applicable laws or obligations towards third parties;

(ii) act in any way or use any device that restricts, impairs, interferes with or inhibits other users from using or enjoying the Platform, or that compromises the security of the Platform;

(iii) use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Platform, or to copy content from it.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the Platform and/or close the account of any user who violates this or any other provision of these Terms.

To the extent that the Platform provides access to third-party websites, databases, networks, servers, information, software, programs, systems, directories, applications, products or services (including linked services), TRAZOS does not control and cannot be held responsible for their content, operation or use. TRAZOS makes no representation, warranty or endorsement, express or implied, regarding the legality, accuracy, quality or authenticity of content, information or services provided by third parties.

2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed on the platform do not include shipping fees. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated during the checkout process.

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT, customs duties and other applicable taxes and duties.
All prices in Switzerland exclude VAT, customs duties and other taxes and duties.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in texts and/or prices.

TRAZOS reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of material changes, significant changes in freight costs or similar charges.

3. Ordering
You can place orders via the Platform. Please refer to the ‘Shipping’ section for further information.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Once your order is confirmed by email, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your payment will be charged to your chosen payment method. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund.

4. Delivery
TRAZOS exercises the umost care in accepting and processing orders and will strive to deliver your order in accordance with your chosen delivery option.

We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. We aim to deliver within 10 to 15 working days after order confirmation unless otherwise stated. While we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Before placing an order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with expected delivery details.

If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us for assistance.

TRAZOS reserves the right to make changes to agreed product specifications without notice if such changes can be made without materially disadvantaging the customer.

5. Withdrawal of order
You may cancel and return your order from the date you place the order until 30 days after receiving the items. Returns must follow the return process described in section 6.

To cancel your order, please send a written notice to support@trazos.de before you receive the shipping confirmation. Upon receiving the cancellation notice in due time, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase as soon as possible.

6. Returns
In accordance with section 5, TRAZOS guarantees a full refund for returned items, provided all items are returned in the same condition as received.

You have 30 days to return an item, provided it is undamaged and unused.

We currently offer free returns from:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • Netherlands

This list will expand as we establish agreements with additional local couriers. If you live outside these countries, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be unaltered, properly packaged and, where possible, in the original packaging including all parts.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase or as store credit.

If you request a return, we will cover shipping cost of the return as long as you follow the return process as described under section 6 (return).

Once we receive it, we will inspect your returned item. If it is in good condition, we will issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. We only accept returns if the product is unaltered, packaged properly and in original packaging.

7. Defects and right to complain
If an error occurs in any products or services displayed through the Platform (including typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability), TRAZOS reserves the right to cancel any order before it is delivered.

Upon delivery, you must promptly examine the product as appropriate. If you discover a defect, you must notify TRAZOS in writing immediately, describing the defect. If you knew or should have known of a defect and fail to notify TRAZOS, you forfeit any right to claim the defect.

Defective products must be returned as described in section 6 (Returns). TRAZOS will cover the cost of delivery and return.

TRAZOS is entitled to correct or replace defective products except in the case of material defects. TRAZOS must be given a reasonable period for correction or replacement. If this does not happen within a reasonable time, you may terminate the agreement, demand a price reduction or claim damages in line with German law and these Terms. A proportional price reduction is granted only for material defects that TRAZOS chooses not to correct or replace.

If you do not notify TRAZOS of a defect within three months of delivery, you lose the right to claim it. For replaced or repaired parts, TRAZOS assumes the same obligations for three months, but never beyond six months from the original delivery date.

TRAZOS offers a five-year warranty on all designs. Within the first two years, German consumer law applies, entitling customers to complain within two years of purchase. An additional three years of warranty extends the total coverage to five years.

Change of, use outside normal and customary use, or intervention in the sold product without TRAZOS written consent exempts TRAZOS for any obligations.

8. Payment and payment methods
When making a purchase through the Platform, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor (e.g. PayPal) to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase price plus applicable taxes and charges.

You are solely responsible for timely payment and for providing a valid payment method.

Payment must be made no later than the date specified on the invoice. Subject to applicable law, TRAZOS retains title to the products until full payment is received. You are not entitled to use the product until payment is made in full. TRAZOS may suspend other work if you fail to pay on time.

If payment is late, TRAZOS may charge 1.5% interest per month on the unpaid amount from the due date. An administration fee will apply for overdue payment reminders as specified in the reminder.

You are not entitled to deduct any other claims against TRAZOS from the payment price.

Payment methods include direct bank transfer and PayPal. On PayPal you may use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, or by direct bank transfer through your PayPal account. For questions, please contact us.

Other: You must provide a correct email address, shipping address and telephone number when placing your order, and update TRAZOS of any changes. TRAZOS may send payment requests to your email address. You will receive your invoice in the shipping confirmation email.

9. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits TRAZOS’s liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

We do not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees. If we breach these Terms, we are only liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the breach.

TRAZOS is liable only for direct losses resulting from our documented failure to comply with these Terms or negligence in delivering products or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or operational losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

TRAZOS is not liable for failure to deliver goods or meet obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to labour disputes, fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorism, IT failures or delayed deliveries from subcontractors due to such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for loss or damage related to your order shall be limited to the total price of your order.

10. The Platform
We make every effort to display product attributes accurately, including composition and colours. Actual colours may vary depending on your device, and we cannot guarantee exact display.

We aim to update and maintain the Platform regularly and may change content at any time. We may suspend or close the Platform or services without notice if needed. Any material may be out of date at any time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

11. Guarantee
If goods you purchase are defective, TRAZOS complies with all applicable statutory warranty regulations.

If you have a complaint about clear material or manufacturing defects, including damage in transit, please notify us by returning the goods promptly using the provided return form.

12. Assignment
TRAZOS may assign its rights and, where legally permitted, its obligations under these Terms, including payment claims, to third parties. TRAZOS may use subcontractors or external consultants but remains liable for their services as for its own.

13. Severance
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or regulator, or conflicts with applicable law, that part shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, in TRAZOS, the Platform, and related products and services remain exclusively with TRAZOS and its subsidiaries or licensors.

Any use of the Platform or its contents, including copying or storing, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without TRAZOS’s permission.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to German law. You and TRAZOS agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany, for any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
