When will my order be delivered?

Here’s how it works:

You order  →  we process  →  we dispatch  →  you receive your furniture.

Placing your order only takes a moment. Standard processing takes 2 – 3 business days, after which your order is handed over to our delivery partner. From there, delivery may take up to 12 business days, depending on the size of the order.

In total, you can expect to receive your order within 15 working days from the date of purchase – unless otherwise stated for specific products.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking link. It’s on its way!

Where do we deliver to?

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • the Netherlands

If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to contact us at support@trazos.de — we’ll be happy to check if a custom delivery solution is possible and provide you with a quote.

We’re also working on expanding our delivery network to additional countries across Europe.

What are the delivery costs?

At TRAZOS, we believe in clear communication and a smooth customer experience. We arrange delivery based on the contact details you provide at checkout — please make sure your email, phone number, and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

The available delivery options are automatically calculated based on the size of your order and the delivery destination.

To keep shipping costs accessible, we offer standardized rates within each country. To achieve this, TRAZOS covers part of the delivery expenses in certain regions within a country.

For B2B or international inquiries, we can organize deliveries outside our current destination options as well. Just reach out to contract@trazos.de for a personalized offer.
